I dont like cities, but...

(Done while waiting in a greyhound station in Chicaco ,IL)

I love NY!!! i don't know, maybe its the blinding lights or the fast pace(oh boy its fast!!) but theres something about the big apple thats makes it appealing. To me this is how it goes: so much to see so much to buy and so little money! lol but anyways you don't actually need a lot of money to have fun in NY you just need to get a map, find the bargains like the free days@ the museum and the zoo for free(Wednesdays) just to name a few things and that's about it! you are good to go! its a wonderful city to enrich your visual library thats for sure. design here has definitely its best place (I didn't say best design but certainly the offer is huge and so is the competition) and last but not least the characters! ha! for many people new yorkers can be cold, but I think they are misunderstood lol, as i see it is more like a defense mechanism they have developed. but honestly new yorkers are unique each one in its own way can be and interesting character. You just have to keep your eyes open and look around(don't make eye contact or you'll get in trouble lol) but still you can learn a lot about people behavior in here. and the coolest thing is that if you look carefully you might pass by a celebrity walking down the street or riding the metro just like you.. for instance yesterday as i was approaching the train entrance on my way to queens guess who was getting off the train, hands full o shopping bags and a fresh face? well none other than "Anne Hathaway" ..(devil wears prada) i mean how cool is that? of course as a celebrity myself, i acted normally around her (I TOTALLY FROZE hahaa) i guess i wasn't mentally prepared for the encounter!. However thats whats cool of being in the capital of the world theres always a surprise, sometimes pleasant sometimes not... just waiting around the corner....( maybe AdrianA lima for me :0 yes keep on dreaming tons!;P
